Betting Tips Guru provides paid football predictions based on analysis, statistics and the information available when each prediction is prepared. Football betting always involves risk, and no prediction service can guarantee that an individual selection will win or that a subscription will finish in profit.
To provide customers with a clear and consistent form of protection after certain negative results, Betting Tips Guru operates the Performance Protection policy described below.

Single Paid Prediction

If the official BTG prediction is settled as a loss or void, the customer receives the next available prediction from the same service free of charge.

If the purchased service finishes the customer’s complete 30-day subscription period below 0 units, the customer receives 7 additional days of that same service free of charge.

A final subscription result of exactly 0.00 units or above does not qualify for a complimentary extension.

Performance Protection always applies to the specific BTG service purchased. Results from different services are not combined and replacements cannot be exchanged between services.

Service Only
Performance Protection provides an eligible replacement prediction or complimentary service extension. It does not provide cash refunds, betting-loss reimbursement or account credit.
Performance Protection is not a money-back guarantee.
It provides additional predictions or service days only when the conditions on this page are satisfied. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
What the Customer Is Purchasing
A BTG purchase provides access to the football prediction service stated in the order. The customer is purchasing the prediction or subscription service itself rather than a guaranteed betting outcome.
The Service Is the Football Prediction
A BTG purchase does not guarantee that a particular prediction will win, that a subscription will produce a profit, that a specific ROI will be achieved or that previous betting losses will be recovered.
It also does not guarantee that every customer will obtain exactly the same bookmaker odds recorded by BTG, and BTG does not reimburse money personally staked by a customer with a bookmaker.
Where the conditions described on this page are satisfied, Performance Protection provides the applicable complimentary prediction or service extension.
Services Covered by This Policy
Performance Protection applies separately to the exact BTG prediction service purchased.
Bet of the Day
Single
Premium daily football selection assessed independently from every other BTG service.
Asian Handicap
Single
Asian Handicap predictions are assessed only against the official results of the Asian Handicap service.
Under/Over 2.5
Goals
Under/Over 2.5 predictions are calculated independently using the official results recorded for this service.
High Odds
Premium
Higher-priced football selections remain a separate service for Performance Protection purposes.
Double Acca
2 Fold
Each Double Acca is treated as one complete two-selection accumulator prediction.
Triple Acca
3 Fold
Each Triple Acca is treated as one complete three-selection accumulator prediction.
Services are never combined
A customer cannot use the performance of one BTG service to claim Performance Protection for another. If BTG introduces, removes or renames a service, the policy and service information in effect when the relevant purchase was completed will apply.
Single Tip / One-Day Performance Protection
A customer who purchases an individual paid prediction is covered by the single-tip protection rules below.
Paid Prediction Wins
The prediction is settled normally. No replacement is provided because the original paid prediction was successful.
Paid Prediction Loses
The customer receives one complimentary replacement prediction from the same BTG service.
Market Is Void
If the official market is settled as void, the customer receives one complimentary replacement from the same service.
Bet Remains Active
If a postponed event remains active under the reference bookmaker’s rules, the prediction remains pending until it is officially settled.
Abandoned Match
If an abandoned match is declared void by the reference bookmaker for the relevant market, the customer receives one complimentary replacement prediction.
Postponed and Voided Match
If the reference bookmaker voids the prediction following a postponement, one complimentary replacement from the same BTG service is provided.
Customer Misses the Published Odds
Being unable to obtain the originally recorded price does not itself create a replacement entitlement. The official BTG prediction must qualify according to its own settlement.
Customer Does Not Place the Bet
A customer’s decision not to place the bet does not change the official settlement of the prediction or the Performance Protection calculation.
Customer Changes the Prediction
If the customer changes the published selection, market, handicap, goal line or another material part of the recommended bet, the customer’s modified bet is not covered by Performance Protection.
Paid loss or void → one free replacement.
The replacement is always the next suitable prediction officially published by BTG for the same service. It may not necessarily be published on the following calendar day if no suitable selection is available.
Replacement Prediction Conditions
A complimentary replacement is limited to one prediction and stays within the service originally purchased.
Original Paid Prediction Qualifies
The original paid prediction is officially settled as a qualifying loss or void.
One Replacement Is Provided
BTG supplies the next suitable prediction from exactly the same service free of charge.
The Replacement Is Settled Normally
The complimentary prediction may win, lose or become void according to the normal settlement rules.
Protection Ends
The complimentary prediction does not create another replacement or another form of compensation.
The replacement cannot be exchanged for another service
For example, a qualifying Asian Handicap purchase generates an Asian Handicap replacement. It cannot be exchanged for Bet of the Day, High Odds, Under/Over 2.5, Double Acca or Triple Acca.
30-Day Subscription Performance Protection
Each paid 30-day BTG subscription is evaluated independently when that customer’s complete paid subscription period has ended.
Negative Result
A qualifying subscription finishing below 0 units receives a 7-day complimentary extension of the same service.
Break-Even Result
Exactly 0.00 units is treated as break-even. No complimentary extension is provided.
Positive Result
Any final result above 0 units does not qualify for a Performance Protection extension.
Final result below 0 units = 7 additional days.
Performance is calculated using BTG’s standard theoretical stake of 1 unit per qualifying settled prediction. If no predictions are settled during the complete qualifying 30-day period, a 7-day extension is provided.
Qualifying Example
A customer purchases a 30-day Asian Handicap subscription. At the end of the paid subscription period, the official result of the Asian Handicap predictions delivered during that period is −1.20 units.
Because the final result is below 0 units, the customer receives an additional 7 days of Asian Handicap predictions free of charge.
Non-Qualifying Example
A customer purchases a 30-day Bet of the Day subscription and the service finishes the customer’s individual paid period at +0.60 units.
The subscription finished with a positive result, so no extension is due. The size of the profit does not change the rule.
Every BTG Service Is Assessed Independently
A Performance Protection calculation applies only to the prediction service purchased.

A qualifying Triple Acca subscription would receive a 7-day Triple Acca extension.
Positive results elsewhere do not remove protection
If a customer purchased Asian Handicap and that service finished at −1.80 units, positive performance from Bet of the Day or another BTG service would not remove the Asian Handicap protection. Equally, a negative result recorded by another service cannot create an extension for a profitable subscription.
Your Own Subscription Period Determines the Result
BTG may publish public statistics by calendar month because this makes long-term results easier to review. Performance Protection for an individual customer is calculated differently.
Subscription Starting 12 June
The relevant 30-day Performance Protection period runs from 12 June through 11 July.
Subscription Starting 20 July
The relevant 30-day Performance Protection period runs from 20 July through 18 August.
Subscription Starting 1 August
The relevant 30-day Performance Protection period runs from 1 August through 30 August.
Calendar-Month Results
Public monthly results may cover a different group of predictions and therefore may not match an individual customer’s subscription calculation.
The customer’s own dates are decisive
Qualification is based only on the official predictions delivered during the customer’s actual paid subscription period, not solely on a public calendar-month total displayed elsewhere on the website.
Conditions of a Complimentary 7-Day Extension
A complimentary extension is a benefit attached to a qualifying paid 30-day subscription. It is not treated as a new paid subscription.
No New Performance Protection Period
Predictions delivered during the complimentary 7 days do not start a new 30-day Performance Protection assessment.
No Second Extension
The complimentary period cannot generate another 7-day Performance Protection extension.
No Cash or Credit Conversion
Complimentary days cannot be converted into money, store credit, account credit or another financial balance.
No Transfer
Complimentary service days cannot be transferred to another person or customer.
No Service Exchange
Complimentary days remain attached to the original BTG service and cannot be moved to another prediction service.
No Normal Pause or Deferral
Complimentary service days cannot normally be paused and saved for use at a later date.
One 7-day extension per qualifying paid 30-day subscription.
The original subscription payment is not refunded under Performance Protection because a complimentary extension has been provided.
What Happens After Performance Protection Ends?
If the applicable replacement prediction or complimentary 7-day extension is also unsuccessful, BTG offers a discounted way to continue with the same service.
Single-Tip Purchases
If the complimentary replacement prediction is also unsuccessful, the customer may purchase the next single prediction from the same service with a 25% discount.
30-Day Subscriptions
If the complimentary 7-day extension also finishes with a negative result, the customer may purchase the next 30-day subscription to the same service with a 50% discount.
The discount is the final follow-up benefit
The discount becomes available only after the applicable replacement prediction or complimentary 7-day extension has been completed unsuccessfully. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another service.
A purchase made using this discount is treated as a new paid order and is subject to the Performance Protection policy in effect when that new purchase is completed.
How BTG Measures Prediction Performance
BTG uses a consistent theoretical staking method so performance can be compared across different customers, periods and services.
1 prediction = 1 theoretical unit.
The customer’s personal betting stake does not alter BTG’s official performance record or Performance Protection calculation.
Why BTG Uses Units
Units make it possible to measure prediction performance without assuming that every customer has the same betting budget. A customer may personally define one unit as €5, €10, €20 or another affordable amount, while BTG’s official record remains based on one theoretical unit per prediction.
€5 Personal Unit
An official result of +3 units would have a mathematical equivalent of +€15 if the customer personally treated one unit as €5.
€10 Personal Unit
An official result of +3 units would have a mathematical equivalent of +€30 if one personal unit were €10.

Monetary examples are mathematical illustrations only. They do not represent guaranteed or expected customer winnings.
How Wins, Losses and Voids Are Calculated
Each prediction is calculated using its own official result and the decimal price recorded by BTG.
Winning Prediction
Net profit = 1 unit × (decimal odds − 1). A winning prediction at 1.80 therefore records +0.80 units.
Losing Prediction
A normal losing prediction is recorded as −1.00 unit because the complete theoretical stake is treated as lost.
Void Prediction
A void prediction is recorded as 0.00 units because the theoretical stake is treated as returned.
Total Return
The quoted total return includes the original theoretical stake. Only the amount above that stake is recorded as net profit.
Odds 1.70
Total theoretical return: 1.70 units. Net profit: +0.70 units.
Odds 1.80
Total theoretical return: 1.80 units. Net profit: +0.80 units.
Odds 1.90
Total theoretical return: 1.90 units. Net profit: +0.90 units.
Odds 2.00
Total theoretical return: 2.00 units. Net profit: +1.00 unit.
How a Subscription Result Is Calculated
The final subscription result is produced by adding together the official unit result of every qualifying settled prediction delivered during the relevant subscription period.
Profit from winners − units lost on losing predictions.
Every winning prediction uses the price officially recorded for that individual prediction. BTG does not retrospectively replace all prediction prices with one general average price.
Example Winning Predictions
18 winning predictions at example odds of 1.80 create 18 × 0.80 = +14.40 units of theoretical profit.
Example Losing Predictions
12 losing predictions create 12 × 1.00 = −12.00 units.
Final Example Result
+14.40 units minus 12.00 units produces a final result of +2.40 units. This example would not qualify for a 7-day subscription extension because the final result is above zero.
How ROI Is Calculated
Return on investment expresses the official betting result relative to the theoretical units placed at risk.
Net Result ÷ Total Units Staked × 100
ROI is an informational performance measure. Performance Protection is determined by the final result in units rather than by a specific minimum ROI.
Positive ROI Example
Net result: +2.40 units. Total theoretical stake: 30 units. 2.40 ÷ 30 × 100 = +8.00% ROI.
Negative ROI Example
Net result: −2.10 units. Total theoretical stake: 30 units. −2.10 ÷ 30 × 100 = −7.00% ROI.
If this represented the final result of a qualifying 30-day subscription, the customer would receive the applicable 7-day extension.
Subscription Fees Are Not Included in Betting ROI
BTG’s published profit and ROI figures measure the performance of the football predictions themselves.
Subscription Payment Is Not a Bookmaker Stake
The amount paid to access a BTG prediction service is not included as part of the theoretical betting stake used for official performance calculations.
Customers Pay Different Prices
Different customers may purchase different subscription lengths, packages or promotional offers, making the subscription fee unsuitable for a consistent betting ROI calculation.
Customers Use Different Stakes
Individual customers may personally stake completely different monetary amounts on the same official BTG prediction.
Customers May Receive Different Odds
Odds can differ between bookmakers, locations and times, so official performance uses the price BTG recorded with the prediction.
Official net betting result ÷ theoretical betting stakes.
Published ROI does not represent a customer’s complete personal financial result after subscription costs, bookmaker charges, taxes, currency conversion or differences in available odds.
Win Rate Is Not the Same as Profitability
A prediction service can have a relatively high win rate and still produce a negative result when the odds are too short. A lower win rate may also produce a stronger result when the prices are higher.

Performance Protection is based on units, not win rate
The deciding factor for a 30-day Performance Protection assessment is whether the final official result of the purchased service is below 0 units. Win percentage alone does not determine eligibility.
How Average Odds Are Calculated
Average odds provide an informational summary of the recorded prices across a group of predictions.
Total recorded odds ÷ number of included predictions.
Average odds do not replace the individual price used for calculating profit on each prediction.
Example Prices
Three predictions are recorded at 1.75, 1.80 and 1.85.
Example Calculation
1.75 + 1.80 + 1.85 = 5.40. Dividing 5.40 by three gives average odds of 1.80.
Average Odds Are Informational
Profit from each prediction is still calculated individually using the official price recorded with that prediction. Void selections may be excluded from an average-odds calculation because they create neither a winning nor a losing betting result.
Typical or target odds shown on BTG service pages are indicative ranges or historical averages. They do not guarantee that every individual prediction will be published at exactly that price.
Official Odds and Reference Pricing
Each BTG prediction is associated with a decimal price recorded around the time the prediction is prepared or published.
Reference Bookmaker
Unless BTG states otherwise with a particular prediction, Bet365 may be used as the normal reference bookmaker. Where another bookmaker or price source is explicitly stated with the prediction, that reference is used instead.
Timing and Market Movement
Odds may change between publication and the moment a customer opens or places the prediction.
Different Bookmakers
Individual bookmakers may offer different prices for exactly the same market.
Country and Account Restrictions
Available markets and odds may differ because of a customer’s country, bookmaker limits or account-specific restrictions.
Football and Market Information
Team news, confirmed line-ups, market demand and other information can move football prices before kick-off.
BTG cannot guarantee identical customer odds
For results history and Performance Protection calculations, BTG uses the price officially recorded with the prediction. BTG does not retrospectively search for a better closing price, increase the price of a winner, reduce the price of a loser, substitute an individual customer’s bookmaker price or change a result because a customer placed the bet later.
Official Settlement Rules
BTG applies the same core settlement principles when maintaining public results and determining Performance Protection.
Published Market and Selection
Settlement begins with the exact market and football selection originally published by BTG.
Official Event Result
The relevant official result of the football match or event is used for settlement.
Reference Bookmaker Rules
Standard settlement rules of the stated reference bookmaker are applied where relevant.
Recorded Decimal Odds
BTG’s officially recorded publication price is used for profit and Performance Protection calculations.
Regulation Time
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, football predictions apply to normal regulation time, including added or injury time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are not included unless BTG expressly states that they are.
Postponed Matches
A postponed prediction may remain pending or may be declared void according to how the relevant reference bookmaker settles the market.
Abandoned Matches
An abandoned match is settled according to the rules applying to the relevant betting market at the reference bookmaker.
Corrected Settlements
BTG may correct a recorded result if the official bookmaker settlement is later corrected. A later disciplinary decision that does not alter the bookmaker settlement will not normally change the BTG result.
Double Acca and Triple Acca Settlement
A Double Acca or Triple Acca is treated as one complete accumulator prediction for BTG results and Performance Protection.
Double Acca
Normally, both selections must win for the Double Acca to be settled as a win.
If one selection is void and the bookmaker settles the remaining selection as a valid single bet, BTG records the result using the adjusted bookmaker odds.
Triple Acca
Normally, all three selections must win for the Triple Acca to be settled as a win.
If one or more selections become void, the accumulator is settled according to the adjusted bookmaker price for the remaining valid selections.
Every Required Selection Wins
The complete accumulator is recorded as a winning prediction.
At Least One Selection Loses
The complete accumulator is recorded as a loss.
Void Leg, Others Win
The result is calculated using the adjusted bookmaker odds for the remaining valid selections.
All Selections Void
The accumulator is recorded as void.
Adjusted odds 1.45 → +0.45 units.
If an original Double Acca was published at 1.90 and one selection becomes void, the remaining selection may be settled at adjusted odds of 1.45. The official theoretical profit is 1 × (1.45 − 1) = +0.45 units.
Void Predictions and ROI
Void predictions do not create a losing theoretical stake because the theoretical amount is treated as returned.
+1.30 units ÷ 28 units = +4.64% ROI
Assume 30 predictions produce 16 wins, 12 losses and 2 voids, with a final result of +1.30 units. Because the two void selections return their theoretical stakes, only 28 units were placed at theoretical risk for ROI purposes.
BTG Public Results
Betting Tips Guru publishes historical results so customers can review both winning and losing periods rather than relying only on selected successful examples.
Information Shown in the Results History
Depending on the relevant service and results table, BTG’s public records may include the publication date, football event, betting market, official prediction, recorded odds, final result, win/loss/void/pending status, profit or loss in units and period totals or ROI.
The same settlement principles described on this page are used when assessing Performance Protection.
Performance Protection Examples
These examples show how the policy works in common situations.
Losing Bet of the Day
Replacement
A customer purchases one Bet of the Day prediction. The official prediction loses and is recorded as −1.00 unit. The customer receives the next available Bet of the Day prediction free.
Winning Under/Over 2.5
No Replacement
A paid Under/Over 2.5 prediction wins at recorded odds of 1.80 and is recorded as +0.80 units. No replacement is due because the paid prediction won.
Void Asian Handicap
Replacement
The relevant market is declared void by the reference bookmaker. BTG records the prediction as 0.00 units and provides one complimentary Asian Handicap replacement.
Negative 30-Day Period
7 Extra Days
A qualifying subscription finishes at −1.10 units and −3.67% ROI. The customer receives 7 additional days from the same service.
Break-Even Subscription
No Extension
A qualifying subscription finishes at exactly 0.00 units. No extension is due because the service did not finish below zero.
Different Customer Odds
BTG Price Applies
BTG records a prediction at 1.80, but the customer later obtains 1.70. If the prediction wins, BTG records +0.80 units even though the customer’s personal mathematical result is +0.70 units.
What Performance Protection Does Not Cover
Performance Protection applies to the official BTG prediction service purchased. It does not compensate for losses or problems created outside that official service.
Customer Changes to the Prediction
Protection does not cover a customer changing the recommended selection, changing the market, changing the handicap or goal line, combining the BTG prediction with other bets or independently adding other selections.
Bookmaker Access Problems
Protection does not cover being unable to use a particular bookmaker, bookmaker account limitations, account closure, verification problems, withdrawal problems or technical problems belonging to a third-party bookmaker.
Personal Betting Decisions
Protection does not cover losses caused by the customer’s personal staking method, placing the bet after a market has closed, bets that were never officially issued by BTG or bets placed before receiving the official BTG prediction.
Personal Costs and Expenses
Taxes, bookmaker charges, currency-conversion costs, subscription fees and other unrelated personal expenses are not covered by Performance Protection.
Email and Reading Responsibility
Protection does not provide compensation because a customer failed to open or read a prediction that BTG successfully delivered or failed to check spam, junk, updates or promotional folders.
Local Bookmaker Differences
Differences caused by local bookmaker rules or an individual customer’s bookmaker settlement do not replace the official BTG settlement rules described on this page.
Protection follows the official BTG service
Performance Protection relates only to the official performance and settlement of the exact prediction service purchased from Betting Tips Guru.
Performance Protection Does Not Provide Cash Refunds
Performance Protection provides additional predictions or additional service days when the applicable conditions are satisfied.
No Cash or Partial Refund
Performance Protection does not provide a cash refund, partial refund or money-back guarantee following an unsuccessful prediction or negative qualifying period.
No Betting-Loss Reimbursement
BTG does not reimburse money a customer personally chose to stake with a bookmaker.
No Store or Account Credit
A replacement prediction or complimentary extension cannot be converted into store credit, account credit or another financial balance.
No Compensation for Personal Stake Size
Compensation is not calculated according to the amount of money an individual customer chose to bet.
No Compensation for Different Odds
A customer obtaining a different bookmaker price from the official BTG publication price does not create a compensation entitlement.
No Indirect-Loss Compensation
Performance Protection does not provide compensation for indirect, consequential or unrelated personal financial losses.
A losing prediction does not create a right to a cash refund.
Where an order qualifies for Performance Protection, the applicable replacement prediction or complimentary subscription extension is the remedy provided by this policy. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply regardless of contractual terms.
Payment Disputes, Chargebacks and Refunded Orders
Performance Protection is a complimentary contractual benefit connected to a successfully paid and active BTG order.
Performance Protection does not apply to reversed or disputed payments
Performance Protection does not apply to an order that has been refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled through a payment reversal or placed into a payment dispute connected with the transaction.
A customer cannot simultaneously treat an order as a qualifying active purchase for Performance Protection while also seeking to reverse or recover the payment for that same order through a chargeback or payment dispute.
Where a payment dispute is opened, the transaction is assessed separately under the applicable payment provider’s dispute process. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
No Guaranteed Profit
BTG football predictions are based on analysis, statistical evaluation and available information, but they remain predictions rather than guaranteed outcomes.
No Guaranteed Winning Prediction
No individual football selection is certain to win.
No Guaranteed Profitable Subscription
A paid subscription is not guaranteed to finish above 0 units or produce a personal monetary profit.
No Guaranteed Recovery of Losses
Customers should not assume that future predictions will recover previous betting losses.
No Guaranteed ROI or Win Rate
BTG does not promise that a specific ROI, strike rate or other performance level will be achieved in a future period.
No Guaranteed Replacement Result
A complimentary replacement prediction is not guaranteed to win.
No Guaranteed Extension Result
A complimentary 7-day subscription extension is not guaranteed to finish in profit.
Past results do not guarantee future results
Customers remain responsible for deciding whether to place any bet, which bookmaker to use and how much money, if any, to stake. Football betting should not be treated as guaranteed or regular income.
Customer Eligibility
Performance Protection is available only to the original customer who directly purchased the qualifying BTG service.
Successful Payment
The qualifying order must have been successfully paid.
Valid Customer Details
The customer must provide a valid and accessible email address for delivery.
Covered BTG Service
The purchase must be for a service covered by this Performance Protection policy.
Original Service Delivered
BTG must have delivered the original paid service to which the protection relates.
Terms and Conditions
The customer must comply with the applicable BTG Terms and Conditions.
No Payment Dispute
No fraudulent transaction, chargeback or payment dispute may be connected with the order for Performance Protection to remain active.
Misuse of Performance Protection
BTG may refuse Performance Protection where there is evidence of misuse directly connected with the relevant order.
Payment Fraud
Fraudulent transactions or deliberately unauthorised payments may result in Performance Protection being refused.
Chargeback Abuse
Abusive use of payment disputes or chargebacks in connection with a BTG order may result in Performance Protection being refused.
Duplicate Accounts
Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining duplicate Performance Protection is not permitted.
Unauthorised Sharing or Resale
Paid BTG predictions may not be redistributed or resold without authorisation in order to obtain additional protection.
Technical Exploitation
Intentional exploitation of a website, checkout or technical error may result in the related protection being refused.
False Information or Material Breach
False purchase information or a material breach of the applicable BTG Terms and Conditions may affect eligibility.
Refusal must relate to the specific misuse
Performance Protection will not be refused simply because a legitimate customer has met the normal qualifying conditions.
Email Delivery and Customer Responsibility
BTG predictions are digital services normally delivered using the email address supplied by the customer during checkout.
Correct Email Address
Customers are responsible for providing an email address that is correct, accessible and capable of receiving BTG messages.
Spam, Junk and Promotional Folders
Predictions may occasionally be filtered into spam, junk, updates or promotional folders by the customer’s email provider.
Successfully Delivered Predictions
A customer’s failure to open or read a successfully delivered prediction does not change the official result of that prediction and does not make the service undelivered.
Where BTG’s delivery records show that the prediction was sent successfully to the email address supplied with the order, the customer’s failure to notice, open or act upon the message does not create an additional replacement or refund entitlement.
Suspected delivery failure
If a customer believes that a prediction has not arrived, they should contact BTG before the relevant event begins whenever reasonably possible.
BTG may review available delivery information including the destination email address, date and time of transmission, sending-system records, delivery or bounce information and available email-system or access information.
If BTG determines that a prediction was not delivered because of an error attributable to BTG, the circumstances will be reviewed and an appropriate replacement may be provided.
Customer Betting Activity Does Not Change the Official Result
BTG’s official result is based on the prediction as issued and the official settlement method described in this policy.
Customer Does Not Bet
Choosing not to place the prediction does not change its official BTG settlement.
Different Stake
Personally betting a different amount does not change BTG’s standard 1-unit performance calculation.
Different Odds
Receiving another bookmaker price does not replace the price officially recorded with the BTG prediction.
Different Bookmaker
Using another bookmaker does not replace the official BTG reference settlement.
Combined or Modified Bet
Combining a BTG selection with other bets or modifying the recommended market creates a different personal bet that is outside the official BTG prediction.
Late Placement
Placing a bet later does not retrospectively change BTG’s officially recorded publication price or settlement.
BTG uses its official prediction records
BTG cannot verify or control every customer’s personal betting activity. For this reason, Performance Protection is calculated from BTG’s official prediction, delivery, pricing and settlement records rather than from an individual customer’s bookmaker account.
Changes to This Policy
The version of this policy in effect when a customer completes a purchase applies to that purchase.
Policy Version Applicable to an Order
A later version of this policy normally applies only to purchases completed after the updated version becomes effective.
BTG will not retrospectively remove Performance Protection that was clearly included with an already completed qualifying purchase. An exception may apply where a change is required by law or where a later change is more favourable to the customer.
